1. Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on most products, with the following exceptions:

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products such as personalized items, opened baby food, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 3: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@titibabyland.com.

3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process. If you want to exchange for a different size or color, you may need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Free Returns: We offer free returns only on defective products or shipping errors. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number for faster processing.

6. Non-Refundable Products
The following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-designed products
  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
  • Health and hygiene-related items (such as pacifiers and baby bottles)

7. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so cancellations are only possible if the order has not been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our returns policy.

8. International Returns
For international orders, the return process is the same as for domestic orders, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds for international returns may take longer due to shipping times and customs processing.
