1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United States, including rural and metropolitan areas. For international deliveries, please contact us directly at info@titibabyland.com to confirm availability.

2. Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location and courier availability. Delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

3. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and selected delivery method. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. For orders above $75, we offer free standard delivery within the United States.

4. Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website or through our Order Tracking page at https://titibabyland.com/order-tracking.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • A valid delivery address must be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, it may be held at the courier’s facility for a limited period. Failure to retrieve the package may result in it being returned to us.

6. Failed Deliveries and Reshipment

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address) or if the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees. Please contact us at info@titibabyland.com for assistance with reshipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@titibabyland.com. Include your order number and supporting photos for damaged items. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
